When u r in a spec mode, u can see everyone's positions and css map is that way...... unlike 1.6 which is a stupid circle that doesn't give much info >.> to know whether the cam is in spec mode, look at the bottom and u will know it, if u ever touch a cs

Funny how everyone says he is hacking because of the map, did you also miss the fact it was a spectator, check the bottom/top of the screen and you'll see the spectator menu, that map is avaliable to every spectator and is not a hack, now i cant say if he
