there are a lot of impossible surgeries, like heart and lung transplant in which up to date i dont know if there's already successful case/s, however i still commend this medical drama for it's very good execusion and story.

The director seems to have some sort of health problems (thought I noticed him taking medicine in an earlier episode) and mental problems as well. Why is he so selfish and evil? Kdrama antagonists tend to be a little over the top with evil.
