Kuro had lost her mother as well. That truth cements Keita’s decision to fight alongside Kuro and deepens their bond. Arriving in Okinawa, they go to Keita’s grandfather’s house to make is a base from which to search for leads about the death of Keita’s mother and the location of Kuro’s brother. Days later, Keita and the others encounter a pair of young Tera Guardians named Kakuma and Makana.
