thats cuz hatsune miku is a computer program that was developed to sing .... all they took was a voice actress voice sample for the program and then they run a song or lyrics that they want to be turned in to a song thru the program

she sounds like a laggy and strangled computer voice. lol. Cant even be compared with real japanese singers. Just see the intro to the Utawarerumono anime. There is always people with bad taste,,,,hehe.
