While i AM sad at all the characters' deaths, it kinda ruins it when Setsuna says "gundam" with his dying breath, for no apparent reason...

I'm sad about the deaths of many loved characters though at least it's more realistic than Gundam Seed where Kira Yamato can survive attacks when his cockpit is wide open and locked on. And where he survives Shinn's attack on him.

Drama to the max! Might even be called a space opera ...So slow in the beginning and so much to see in the end.

3rd time watching this show love it so much. Started the gunpla hobby because of it. I really wish i could watch season 2 on crunchy roll. Sigh time to order it i guess.
