i always had a hunch that the mobile suit gundam series such as this kind of resembles the american civil war but in space but thats just me being a military history freak!

I prefer Amuro's Nu Gundam. It's bits alone make it ten times more powerful not to mentions it's psycho frame lets him react so much faster.
