    Unfulfilled plot premise
Now, if you're reading reviews, chances are you've read the anime summary. If, like me, the only thing in the summary that intrigued you was protagonist's memory loss, then this ISN'T the anime for you. In 50 short (under 10 minutes) episodes, the contents of the lost memories - the recovery of which becomes the protagonists' main motivating factor in the series - is NEVER REVEALED TO THE ...

    Helps me fall asleep
I turn this show on to fall asleep at night, not really sure what it is about but it helps to create some nice background noise. Great for people who just got out of the Army like me, who have trouble falling asleep. I mean no humor in this review, truly a good sleeping anime.

What is with all this CGI anime?
I don't know about you guys, I grew up on old anime. This entirely 3D CGI anime is killing me. Even if it's good content like berserk, this animation style makes it almost unbearable to watch. Then when you have shows like this that aren't even half the show that berserk is, you simply can't do it.

You know what no one asked for?
... Another season of Monster Strike Anime.

Uh, need to fill up characters so, this is just going to say that this is just bad all around. Literally all areas of this show are bad. It's not even interesting in my opinion (Others may disagree haha). I have no idea why they are still making episodes.

    Dont Waste Your Time
So what is wrong with anime based on a game? Nothing, if the anime is done well, has a solid plot, a good cast of characters and draws you into the world... This anime does none of those things. It is cringey at best and seems to only exist to hype the game, which might be great if you play the game, but I don't and this anime fell flat for me.

    Great but still flawed anime...
This anime is... is... truth be told i am not entirely sure how to explain it. It has its cringy moments but it also has its shining jewels that have me laughing like an idiot.

This show is entirely aware of the fact that it is basically a commercial for the game and rolls with it. That very fact both makes and breaks the show at the same time. It gets lazy in some places but in others you can ...

Do not look at these reviews
If you want to know what people who actually watched each episode voted, look at the episodes individual vote ratings, you will see them all being 4 and 5 stars. Do not try figuring this anime out, sit back and relax. There are a lot of funny parts and i laugh on every episode.

    Good Premise, Underwhelming Payoff
As far back as I can remember, I've enjoyed animated shows where something arbitrary is used to save the world. Yu-Gi-Oh ZeXal (subbed) and Bakugan (dubbed) come to mind. Naturally, when this animation came onto the scene, I was stoked to watch it.

It had everything: interesting mysteries, quirky characters, and a decent setup for a plot (in this case, the missing memories... and the mystery of ...

Really great for a short anime!
I've noticed one thing in particular about this show, you either love it or hate it.
Me, i loved it, I think the whole premise and plot are something new and different.
The first season focuses on Ren Homura and his missing memories and a game called Monster Strike, which is an actual smartphone game, not available in English anymore after a short year of being out. The episodes are ...

Confused anime that doesn't know what it's supposed to be
First season was meh. It began with Ren's lack of memories being a major driving force in the plot, then completely abandoned that in the subsequent 51 episodes, where it turned into some innocent show about friendship and conquering adversities together. Each episode only being 8 minutes long also prevented any major plot developments from happening, and every episode felt slightly rushed. Good ...
