    ALWAYS KEEP AN OPEN MIND!
With season premieres of anime like Majestic Prince Attack on Titan (though really it should be Attacked by Titans. Whatever) it's easy to miss this small diamond in the rough. Mushibugyo will charm you with its spectacular art style and great sense of humor. Are the characters anything unique? Is the story engaging and intelligent? The answer to which I boldly say No. But just as ...

    Saturday Morning Cartoon Revisited
Honestly, you can't beat this one. By far my most looked forward to anime of each week, even up against AOT (which is finally getting exciting and moving along, but that's a different thread) and HxH (<3).

Its a breath of fresh air for everyone who has, at one point in their lives, watched a Saturday morning cartoon. Its lively, action packed, and makes you feel right at ease.

    The pace is ...

3 Stars makes it worth watching but far from addictive!
Mushibugyo is the classic tale of the young man with a never-say-die attitude and an "I'm going to work hard to learn all I can from real masters" mindset set inside a world of unbelievable insects and legendarily powerful heroes that struggle to relate to 'normal' people. That said, I challenge you to find a single normal person in the series! Action is a bit over the top by way of violence and ...

    Pretty good show I recommend
Of all the anime that came out this season that I've been watching this does fall behind attack on titan and gargantia for me. It's still worth watching though and will get you through the week while you're drooling and waiting for that next episode of your favorite show. The action is good and the characters are funny. The first few episodes are standard affair and introduce you to the main ...

not bad, not bad at all
I'm reading the manga in Chinese and I'm all the way up to chapter 107. from my view, this is one of those that focuses 95% on the main character, Jimbe, who happens to be more of a blockhead than Naruto. as for the plot it's got one of those "the enemy is defeated because the protagonist did not give up" type of cliche atmosphere. depending on your personally feelings this may or may not be a ...

    Superbly done anime!
This anime is nothing short of spectacular. The art style and the scenery are just beautifully done. The character designs are all very well designed and look stunning. They designed the bugs perfectly, making them ugly and creepy looking! The story balances out beautifully with action and comedy and provides an interesting story one will never get bored with. This anime is a must watch for people ...

Big Swords, Big Boobs, Big insects. Why not?
Mushibugyo starts like all shonen series, it only really begins after a few episodes, so up until episode 9 or so ,it's pretty slow and kinda boring, but once your pass that, it goes balls to the wall crazy.

Almost everything is well done, from the interesting characters, to the art and the music. One of the only problems that I can see at this point is that, from time to time, they break the ...

    My favorite anime right now
It does start out slow and the immaturity of the protagonist does get a little old. So, the character development is a little slow but it does get better with the introduction of the insect magistrate. Stick with it....the story greatly improves. I'm hopeful they develop the relationship between the magistrate and him more...lots of potential there.

    Great Anime in the making
I have been watching this anime quite fondly and all I can say is; This is one awsome anime in the making.
It has plenty of adventure and action and I can't wait for the protagonist to learn new skills.
