  • Definitely going to Rewatch This Series Again!! :D
This is an excellent example of pure innocent comedy at its finest. Usually many of the mainstream comedy shows revolve around "ecchi" situations. Watching this felt extremely refreshing, and YES how can we forget about the occasional or if not always apparent "moe" scenes. But you can't really help it when its Kyoto Animation, I have yet to ever see them fail at creating freakishly adorable ...

    My first fully watched anime
As the first anime I've watched in full this was a great show that had a good balance of relatable and ridiculous comedy. The fact that it's a slice of life show it might seem like there is no full story to it, but yet some events that occur in the past affect the future and it makes for a charming and funny show.

    Truly amazing comedy
This is my number one favorite anime show. There is not one episode that did not make me laugh and I wish they had made more of these but I still watch it over and over again so overall best slice of life(although stuff happens that you could only wish happen in real life) and comedy especially the comedy ever

  • Everyday Life, minus the boring bits.
When you start watching My Ordinary Life, you may mistake it for just another slice-of-life comedy anime that over exaggerates things for comedic effect, but I've come to realize there's more to this show than that. Underneath its colorful cast of characters, endless streams of gags, and despite how intense it gets (often times without warning), My Ordinary Life is the most beautiful and subtle ...

  • This is how you make a slice-of-life work.
You read correctly- this is how you make a slice of life. Go in the character's mind, make the jokes work well, put in real life things that even people outside of Japan will relate with and laugh, over dramatic reactions to ordinary things- you know, like typical humans, some of the best animation I've ever seen in general, let alone from Kyoto Animations, some memorable characters, and ...

    An Unfortunately Short Masterpiece
Despite the reception this show received in Japan, I personally really enjoyed it. Nichijou is an anime that is not for everyone since it is under the "slice of life" genre. This anime in my opinion is one of the best comedy animes I've seen and is the best underrated one. Every episode is a well-made masterpiece and the work put into it is evident and clear.

    Downright Incredible
I've never watched an anime purely about comedy, but thats not just what this is, it even has a lesson to teach you at the end. I wont spoil it, but, this anime is guaranteed to make you a happy camper, it just has such a good vibe to it, it'll make you laugh indubitably, but its not just corny one-liners, or rushed, forced jokes, its how the anime itself is propelled, how its directed, how ...

    Ordinary Life!? Doesn't look ordinary.
This show is crazier than its title implies. That's the short answer.

    Long Answer?

This show is a sort of sitcom that derives a lot of its humor from blowing ordinary problems and situations way out of proportion. This results in a scene at lunch being turned into an action sequence with reactions and animation that would not look out of place in Dragonball z among other things.

    On the ...

Slice of life, maxed out to 10.
Once again on a recommendation from one of my friends, I was prompted to watch Nichijou, an anime that neither had me interested nor had me completely repelled. It's that first impression that made me think that this was just Lucky Star, mixed up and dressed to resemble something I've never seen before. Not that it was a bad thing, but I've seen a fair share of clones of other shows, and I can say ...
