  • Hilarious! Interesting! Fun!
I haven't laughed so much in almost any other anime than I have in this one! I WANT MORE OF IT! There are no adequate words to express the enjoyment and pleasure I got from watching this anime. I just love "Hikki" and his view of the world, his internal monologues are to die for, his interactions with the other characters are so fun and interesting to watch unfold. I highly recommend this anime ...

Doesn't really give you what you would expect but something different and more.
This was a pretty solid anime. If you're looking for a full on romantic anime, you're not going to get it from here. The comedy aspect is there alright, but not enough love plots to consider this show romantic. The main highlight of this anime is probably our anti-hero Hachiman and his interesting views of the world. This anime takes the social relationships in high school and make them more ...

Why The Bleepdy Bleep Bleep Doesn't This Have A Second Season?!
I loved the characters and how they interacted. I loved my fujoshi sister in this anime. I loved how the main guy was just so painfully like how I used to be a while back. I loved the trap that I at first wanted to wife. Don't you hate it when that happens?

It was getting to a part with so much dang potential....then it cut off.

    Whut? Seriously?

    Did you really just...

    Omg, you really ...

    Potential if they do more....
Was a decent anime... Had twists and plot development. Felt the emotions of the characters as it progressed. Problem was it was to wide spread and ended completely with no conclusion to anyone's feelings. Where is the purpose???...the main character contradicts his actions and personality sometimes as well.... If they do a second season then maybe it could be all tied together. As the way it is ...

    After-school specials will burn!
This may be one of the best series to make use of a high school setting ever made! Why? For starters the show is dedicated to taking down all the stereotypes and tropes of high school anime romance. As if that weren't enough, the main character is as original as you'll ever find in anime. Raised as a social outcast from the day he first started school, Hachiman Hikigaya became dedicated to taking ...

awesome protagonist which people can relate to.its a good show but the ending left loose ends
i like this show but the ending left me feeling a little unfulfilled=/ which is why a season 2 should be made! what girl will hachiman get or will he go gay ? will he ever be rewarded/recognized for his sacrifice of always being a villain? these questions must be answered in season 2(hopefully anyway) all in all a good show !

  • Finding balance, satisfaction, and brevity
It's a delicate balance when creating a misanthropic character. There's a thing line between cynicism and being a jerk. This show doesn't care and celebrates its protagonist being a jerk. The characters don't grow so much as come to terms with each other. This is satisfying. Don't look for redemption here either. Ultimately, the one weakness of this show is that it decides to simply not deal ...

a great series that suffered from a limited number of episodes
This anime series breaks away the stereotypical elements of all romantic comedies we all have seen and endured and dares to do something different, from the lack of a complete idiot for the main protagonist to the idea that not everything just magically falls together like some series show, SNAFU is one of the most close to home, realistic RomCom series out there. Unfortunately you see very ...

It wasn't bad, it wasn't great
    WHY I LIKED IT:
-so many funny quotable lines haha it was worthing watching just for those..the main characters have so many witty rhetorics
-the guy and girl and independent and not like cliche characters of every anime

    WHY I DISLIKED IT:
-the guy's apathetic attitude was extreme to the point where I was frustrated because he showed emotion rarely, which made it difficult for me to like ...

School life + Comedy + My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU = :)
I came into this series with little to no expectations.

Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

Hachiman has got to be one of the best characters this year. He has very interesting monologue, and, yes, he has outstanding dialogue with another female character. I could literally listen for hours to their bantering. In fact, if that was all this series was about, I would still be ...
