    Unexpectedly Cute~~~
I expected this to be dull and cliche with tons of irritating panty shots but it is actually quite funny and charming! The main character is awesome and pathetic at the same time. I can't wait for each episode!

"Failure Is The Proof Of One's Youth..." -Nope because this looks quite promising. Sorry Hikigaya...
Hikigaya...a man that carries his forthright to the fullest. This is a protagonist that everyone should admire because of his persistance to becoming an amusing life size conundrum to his new found classmates, and possibly, soon to be friends. I also really admire the wisdom that Yukinoshita expresses to the others when they tend to start acting like pessimists. She's very optimistic about the ...

  • One of the best rom coms ever
The main character is very relateable and the anime seems to smash all the cliche romantic comedy scenes. Since the main character isn't exactly popular, he has suffered from countless failures in relationship forming. The monologues he gives are intriguing and well thought out no matter how negative they may be. The many side characters that appear each have their own appeal and provide either a ...

  • Watch 'till the end!
To start this off: I fully recommend to watch this anime!!

That being said, the first season was great and did what it was supposed to do. It laid down the settings and characters and got us familiar with their personalities and how they interact with one another. Sure most of the side-characters seem to have their one-track personalities but all that gets tossed on its head in season two! ...

  • The most intriguing school life so far.
Every episode of this is gripping, My Teen Romantic Comedy masquerades as just another cutsey shoujo with its color scheme, but this is a tale of intrigue and intense analysis into the psyche of human relationships in general. With, perhaps the exception of 2-3 characters, every single character is extremely perceptive and nuanced, influencing the things around them with what power in the social ...

  • A Faithful Adaptation of the Ongoing Light Novels
For those just skimming through reviews and don't desire spoilers, the nonhidden text is for you. Keep in mind that the show's second episode of the second season is the most recently released episoode on Crunchyroll at the time of this post.

  • Interesting ROMCOM!!
HIkki is truthful and takes any chance possible to isolate himself from the rest which adds so much depth to his character development. The only weird part to this show is his romance with the boy who people think is a girl. Other than that its very well done.

  • An Excellent example of the highchool I left behind.
At first I was apprehensive of the whole romcom anime genre for a number of reasons. However after watching this I found myself bursting out laughing, loving the characters, and absolutely hooked!

I strongly recommend this show to those who are unsure, or want to bring a friend into this fandom

  • The kind of story that stands out
Out of approximately 80 school life shows I have watched 4 or maybe 5 are actually shows I would feel comfortable saying "they're really good". SNAFU has a very unusual main character for the genre; cold, antipathetic, but confident and with actual character, NOT your average harem nervous wimp whose only strength is "a huge kindness". SNAFU achieves something that's rare for recent anime shows: ...

  • Wonderful-ish loners
I mainly love the show for the loner duo protagonists (and Yui). You have the ice queen Yukino Yukinoshita who's hated by girls but loved by guys (only romantically) and then there's Hachiman Hikigaya, he's a bit pitiful but I prefer his outlook more
