  • One of The Best Anime I Have Ever Seen
I'll be honest, I had never heard of this anime before, so I was a bit skeptical when trying it out. I was surprised to find how entertaining and realistic it was. It made me laugh, squeal, and cry(and that doesn't happen unless I'm really into it). The characters are complex, yet grounded. The plot was unique, yet sensible. This anime proves that you don't need to go over the top to give a great ...

    Deeper than an average RomCom
Surprisingly, SNAFU is less about romance and comedy, and more about the mind of a self-righteous loner. The common tropes it sees are infantile romances that never happen, and harem style friendship between the protagonists.
However, this show supplies a twist in that the main hero is intelligent despite him being magically blind to the feminist romances. He takes on the roles given to him or ...

  • SEASON 2 IS DEFINITELY ANIME OF THE YEAR
Wow. Just wow. Its so hard to convey emotions in anime but this is so realistic it blew me away and took me to unexpected highs and lows. Superb animation, soundtrack, and voice acting. Beyond A+ work. Best part of all, the characters all feel real. They are relatable, they dont feel artificial. Simply the best.

  • Deserves 5 Stars; No doubt.
I normally don't write this kind of stuff, but i believe this show deserves it. I can see why viewers won"t give it the full 5 star rating due to its unusual "Rom-Com" attitude, but I believe it makes up for it in other areas. Usually the protagonist will have at least some sort of romantic relationship with the heroine by the 5th episode right? But in this show, it doesn't need that. With the ...

    A life of a loner o.O
Seriously, i dont need to tell u to watch this, this anime is amazing and i highly recommend this to anyone who isnt social, basically a loner. The plot development scores 9/10, music scores a 7/10, and the animation scores 8.5/10. Just watch it and you wont regret it. The main character is a boy who meets two girls really and they solve community problems together and it has the best feeling ...

    Could have had more romance
For a show with the word "Romantic" in the title I expected more romance between the main characters. But one rarely sees any of that but lot's of average teenage angst about the other sex with a main protagonist that has his head and nose stuck up in the clouds.

  • OreGairu aka My Teen Romantic Comedy Snafu Too!, A review thus far.
The first season of OreGairu was quite a surprise to me. I went into it not expecting much and became a fan quite quickly. Specifically what made the show and still does is the characters and more specifically the main character, Hachiman (or 8man as I like to call him), an extremely cynical yet logical character who is thrown into the Service club. 8man believes that as long as the request is ...

  • Not too Shabby I Must say
I enjoyed this anime from beginning to end, however for me the story line seems sort of predictable and cliché. I don't know what it is about smart guys that get girls going or even smart girls that get guys going but, this anime has a weird turn of events from time to time. The art style is lovely fun to watch, the voices match each character's personality which is a plus. Overall I have to say ...

The most hated guy in Chiba has reached new levels of self-loathing.
I absolutely love Hachiman. The self-awareness, the inability to trust, the contempt of social customs, and his uncanny ability to break down social interaction into their most basic truth with a pessimistic slant. He embraces his weaknesses and wears them like armor. With his ability to analyze human interaction, only he is capable of manipulating events to lead to their most desirable ...
