  • rom-com gods love us
For a romantic comedy this is a great anime. The main character had a dark and hard outer shell but is just a nice guy that is a bit misunderstood, to smart for his own good one could say. This show would be good for anyone in high school just so that you could have a look at your own life from an outside source. It brings up a lot of common problems one could have in school and gives good advice ...

  • I don't see how you could dislike this. Unless you're a jock
SNAFU is on my all-time top ten anime list, becuase it's honestly one of the most refreshing and best new animes that have come out this season. The dialogue is witty, the plot is excellent, you just have to put yourself in someone else's shoes. The story (mainly) follows Hikigaya Hachiman, a high school student who has given up on youth and social life and is very antisocial. That will change ...

  • Absolutely adorable and hilarious!
This anime is the perfect showing of a high school romantic comedy! It has the awkwardish male caught in what seems to have the potential of being a love triangle :3 as well as keeping its comedic route by having the female characters team up against the main male in an effort to conceal their feelings (Well that's what it seems to be so far after the 1st 6 episodes). All in all this is a very ...

  • A New Kind of Rom_com
Going into this anime I was expecting a typical rom-com with stereotypical characters and barely any plot. So far this anime has proven me wrong. It has characters with depth and histories which interact to drive the plot forward. I enjoy how it subtly mocks many harem animes, either by stopping short of expected fanservice, or by making direct references. I have high hopes for this show and I ...

  • MTRCS review/opinion
character development is great, despite the miserable life he has, he is a nice guy. Looking forward to see how this develops. i thought this anime would be the usual romance comedy that we anime watchers are used to but its different and much better developed.

    Cliche but entertaining
Well, to be honest everything is kinda cliche but then again pretty much everything is nowadays. I'm not going to explain the synopsis since you can just read that in the description. However, I will say that this is an enjoyable series to watch. Personally I enjoy the witty dialogue between some of the characters especially since I have actually had some of the same responses from various friends ...

    good show interesting man character
the male narrator/protagonist is the only thing that keeps my interest, the side characters in this show are lacking depth besides the usual banter with hiki for comic relief. the story is a solid 3.5 and protagonist for the series i'll give a 5.

it was following the "I don't like people , they're nothing but phonies in a mask" development for 1 episode, but i slowly saw that hiki character was ...

Give it chance. You might be surprised.
Every episode thus far has been surprisingly enjoyable. The female leads are somewhat generic but once you get passed that, they're interesting, funny, and Yuigahama in particular is one of the more realistic depictions of teenage girl I have seen in a while. While you probably won't meet a Yukinoshita ever in your life, she still boasts hilarious dialogue with the main character (suspiciously ...

  • It really gets you thinking.
"Hikki", the main character, Yukino, and the rest of the characters are really fun to watch, especially the first two; they get really cheeky in their conversations. Gotta watch and believe. They can relate to most people.
