  • Beautiful doesn't even begin to cut it
I have never loved an animation style more in my life. The senery is absolutely breath taking and I'm completely blown away by it. The story line is adorable as well, and, unlike in some shows, fits the art extremely well. These kinds of stories about the group of outsiders always thouches my heart, and I couldn't think of a better way for it to work.
Many say that the underwater portions are ...

  • The quality is honorable!
I've never seen that much quality on an Anime before, even on Hunter x Hunter Remake. I really appreciate the quality and the history, which has, somehow, drawn me into it :)

I really recommend this for those who like fantasy

    Absolutely Breathtaking
This anime surprised me. It combines beautiful artwork, lots of drama, and some comical relief, albeit negligible, and the result is absolutely astounding. And I have to say, waiting for all the episodes to come out will be a pain... If you're the kind of person who likes watching anime all at once, I recommend waiting for all of them to come out xD. That said, there are 26 episodes. That could be ...

One of the most beautiful animations I've ever seen.
If you're in love with the sea, this is the anime you definitely must watch, the characters are heart-warming and the plot is amazing. It does reflect, in its own way, how hard is to adapt to a new place and new people, and how children's innocence can surpass those troubles easily.

The music and the animation sequences is breathtaking, hands down, a work of pure genius. It makes you wish to ...

    An exquisite find this season.
Every season I look out for an anime which can surpass all that I have previously watched and Nagi No Asukara may just be the one thus deserving my first review. The show is suitable for those interested in friendship, romance and fantasy. It is about a group of sea-living teenagers who must attend school on land however, as there has been conflict between the sea people and land people for many ...

    Animation Among the Best
All the elements in this anime work so well together. The artwork is beautiful; arguably second to none. The opening and closing songs are memorable. The story is unique and the characters are engaging. I am happy to say that this fall season, there are a good number of quality anime. Thus far, out of all the series this season, I look forward to watching this one the most.

If I had to comment ...

  • this anime will build your connection.
As I saw the episode, the art of the water in the ocean was amazingly beautiful. It would have been a dream, a city under the water. The scenes that is shown has a unqiue yet beautiful images. It's touches your mind and soul, and calms your mind.

The anime itself is interesting. Yes, they are junior high kids but that's what made it more moving. These characters goes to land to study but that ...

Absolutely beautiful animation and story plot
This is an original work. A classic story of romance and tradition. It's hard to say anything bad about this show other than how childish the show may seem. But do not be fooled by its naivety. Despite this fact the characters grow at a rapid pace and there is always something thrilling to expect in each and every episode.

It also gives relatable examples of the adversity growing up as ...
