Ruiko Saten isn't exactly an anime original, but she does receive extra emphasis in the anime version of A Certain Scientific Railgun. FUNimation Entertainment announced that it has acquired the streaming rights to A Certain Scientific Railgun S. This is the second season of A Certain Scientific Railgun, which FUNimation will release on DVD on April 16, 2013. The series will premiere Sunday, April 14th at 11:30am ET and will simulcast Sundays at 11:30am ET/ 10:30am CT. More after the jump.
