An AKB48 fan event in northern Japan ended in a real scare on Sunday, when two of the pop group's members were attacked and injured by a man wielding a saw. Anna Iriyama (18) and Rina Kawaei (19) both suffered hand and head injuries, and one of the male staffers had cuts on his hand from trying to stop the attack. Full story after the jump.
