Cinema Today recently profiled actress Ayame Goriki's efforts playing the lead in the live-action Black Butler. Goriki plays the heir of the Phantomhive family legacy, who, in the year 2020, must assume a male identity to maintain the position and extract revenge. Former gravure queen Yuka has been introduced as a member of the cast of live-action Black Butler movie. Her Hanae Wakatsuki is the mysterious aunt/guardian of Shiori Genpo, the movie's original Phantomhive heir, played by Ayame Goriki. The role calls on Yuka to play against her typically cheerful public persona, and portray a character seven years her senior. More after the jump.

The actor then took a break to focus on his writing. The "ikemen’" (good-looking) is now returning to acting to play the demonic Sebastian Michaelis in the live-action Black Butler. Not only is Mizuki Yamamoto set to star in the live action adaptation of The Daily Lives of Highshcool Boys, she's now been cast as the maid in the live action Black Butler movie. The story, set 130 years after the manga/anime (2020 specifically), has Yamamoto as an original character named Lin who is never the less very similar to her manga equivalent. More after the jump.
