  Continuing a tradition employing anime heroines in its school awareness campaigns, the National Federation of All Japan Guide Dog Training Institution has followed a couple of years of Puella Magi Madoka Magica posters with one depicting Bodacious Space Pirates' Marika walking a candidate puppy.   Home video distributor Section23 Films today announced its March slate of releases, headlined by Rurouni Kenshin ~ New Kyoto Arc, which will be available on both DVD and Blu-Ray. It's also a nice month for genre titles, with new collections of Bodacious Space Pirates, Fate/stay night and Maiden Japan's Vampire Princess Miyu TV. Get the details after the jump.

  Good Smile Company announced that Nendoroid No.255 will be dread pirate Kato Marika from Bodacious Space Pirates. The 100mm figure sells for 3,620 yen ($45) and ships in October. More after the jump.

  Seiun Award wining author Yūichi Sasamoto (Ariel) and illustrator Noriyuki Matsumoto's Miniskirt Space Pirates light novel series served as the basis for the currently running Tatsuo Sato (Nadesico) anime series Bodacious Space Pirates. Recently, Matsumoto shared his take on the series' space ship, which serve as an interesting alternative to the anime's. Check them out after the jump.

  It's taken almost 100 releases to get there, but Naruto has finally been added to Cospa's line of Graphig paper toys. Numbers 96 and 97 in the line-up are the Shippuden version of Naruto and Sasuke, with Squid Girl invading the 101 spot. Check out the full release slate after the jump.
