Another Japanese trailer recently surfaced for Dead or Alive 5 Plus, which has a handful of PS Vita-specific features, from the first-person Touch Play Mode to some cool cross-platform action with the PS3 version. Check it out after the jump.
Dead or Alive 5 Plus' Touch Play Mode lets players turn their PS Vita vertically for a little first-person showdown where you can simply tap to attack… or you can touch, flick, and pinch your way to victory. See how it looks in a couple of Tecmo Koei's screens after the jump.
Originally announced with a Q1 2013 release date, Team Ninja has now dated Dead or Alive 5 Plus for a March 19, 2013 release on North American PS Vita. The European and Australian date, March 22, was confirmed earlier this week. More on that and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus past the break.
A few days ago Team Ninja announced a PS Vita port of Dead or Alive 5, with plans to release it next year. Now that time frame has been narrowed down a tad, and Dead or Alive 5 Plus will kick, punch, and bounce its way to North America in the first quarter of 2013.
