Digital comic seller Comixology has announced that they have pulled 56 comics from their iOS in-app store to comply with the Apple App Store guidelines regarding adult or inappropriate content. Five of these are, mostly yaoi, manga titles from DMP. All these comics can still be purchased from their web store and synched to the app. Details past the jump.
Following a successful effort to raise funds to publish "God of Manga" Osamu Tezuka's dark, mature audience work Barbara, Digital Manga Publishing has gone to the other end of the spectrum with a new Kickstarter for the release of the Astro Boy creator's Sanrio collaboration, Unico. Back in January, Digital Manga Publisher launched a campaign on crowd-funding site Kickstarter to fund the release of legendary manga author Osamu Tezuka's mature work Barbara.
