  • "Dragon's Crown Pro" Pushed Back Slightly to February 8, 2018

    First-print copies to come with digital tabletop role-playing book

    Originally scheduled to launch in Japan on January 25, 2018, Dragon's Crown Pro has been pushed back slightly in Japan. The beefed-up beat 'em up—which includes 4K support, live orchestra soundtrack, cross-play, and both Japanese and English voiceovers—will now hit PS4 in Japan on February 8.

    Volume 1 due in October

    North American publisher Udon Entertainment will be expanding their library of game-inspired books with Yuztan's manga adaptation of 2013 Vanillaware RPG Dragon's Crown. The first volume is due out next month, and to prepared, they've posted a preview of the series. Get a look after the jump.

  • Udon Announces Art Books, "Street Fighter" Novel And "Dragon's Crown" Manga

    Plus "Yu-Gi-Oh!," "Evangelion," "Freezing" and "Samurai Pizza Cats" art book

    Udon Entertainment had a slate of licenses to announce at this weekend's San Diego Comic-Con that included their first prose novel, Street Fighter. The book is written by Takashi Yano (Naruto: Itachi's Story, Naruto: Shikamaru's Story), with art by One-Punch Man's Yuusuke Murate.  Their latest manga license is Dragon's Crown, yuztan's adaptation of the Vanillaware/Atlus game. The 3D version of the axe-wielding warrior from Vanillaware's PlayStation 3/PS Vita beat 'em up measures H32cm, W20cm, D36cm and sells for 19,440yen ahead of a July release. Get a look after the jump.
