In February, Arizona anime convention Saboten Con has announced that the 2013 labor day event will be hosting the voices of Shinji, Rei, Asuka and Gendo from the English dub of Neon Genesis Evangelion, as well as one of the original English directors. The Evangelion festivities have just gotten more exciting with the announcement that event will host Asuka voice actress Yūko Miyamura. More after the jump.

DVD and Blu-ray due April 24th
We're now just a week away from the April 24th release of Evangelion 3.33. The Blu-ray goes for 6,090yen while the DVD goes for 5,985. Neither has English subtitles or audio, but they do feature the extra tokusatsu Ghibli homage God Warrior Attacks Tokyo. Get a look at the home video release trailer after the jump.

2013 iteration of the co-promotion campaign kicks off April 25th
The Evangelion x Schick Razor campaign has returned for 2013. Resuming this month, Phase One of the '13 collaboration had been teased with a spiky haired silhouette. While products and accompanying site don't really launch until April 25th, an early look at the store displays reveal that the mystery figure is the "refreshed" Gendo Ikari...which look a look the like the character in the midst of a mid-life crisis. If you're in Japan on April 24th, you'll be able hook up with a copy of Evangelion 3.33 on Blu-ray or DVD. But, if you're single and over 20, you may also be able to hook up with a date.
