    Manga 8th volume hits stores October 3

    Kadokawa has posted a 15-second CM for the upcoming OAD based on Sakae Esuno's sci-fi action manga series Big Order, which will be bundled with the limited edition of its 8th tankobon volume to be released on October 3, 2015. Check the clip after the jump.

    Vertical and Viz announce May manga release plans

    Vertical has announced that Konami Kanata’s hit cat manga Chi's Sweet Home has launched on eBook formats, including Kindle, iTunes Bookstore and Nook. Meanwhile, Viz announced they will kick off digital exclusive releases of rescue licenses Fate/stay night and Future Diary, priced at $4.99 a volume.   • DramaFever to Offer Live-Action "Future Diary"

    "Switch Girl!!" manga adaptation also coming soon

    Streaming international TV distributor DramaFever is preparing to offer Future Diary -Another:World-, the Fuji TV live-action series inspired by Sakae Esuno's Mirai Nikki (The Future Diary) manga. The drama stars Masaki Okada (Otomen, Juryoku Pierrot) as 21-year-old original lead Arata Hoshino, with Ayame Gōriki (live action Black Butler) as 19-year-old stalker Yuno Furusaki.   • FUNimation Announces "Attack on Titan" Home Video Rights

    Plus other planned announced at Anime Central

    At this weekend's Anime Central convention in Rosemont, Illinois, FUNimation confirmed that they've licensed the home video rights to Attack on Titan, with plans to release it next year. In terms of other plans, the distributor mentioned that the One Piece Strong World anime movie will be out "soon," while the Fairy Tail movie should be ready for the holidays. More after the jump.
