After 25 years away from the series, singer Hiroko Moriguchi, who performed Zeta Gundam opening "Mizu no Hoshi e Ai wo Komete" and insert song "Gin'iro Doresu," and Mobile Suit Gundam F91 opening "Kimi no Mitsumete -The Time I'm Seeing You-" and ending "Eternal Wind ~ Hohoemi wa Hikaru Kaze no Naka" (she also did One-Punch Man's ending) is now set to return to Gundam on the fourth part of prequel Origin.
An August 21 broadcast date was announced for the Gundam Build Fighters Try Island Wars special TV episode last month, and English-speaking audiences can now look forward to watching, as well. Gundam Info has announced plans for preview screenings of the first episode of Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans season 2 at locations across Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and at the US's Anime Weekend Atlanta, September 29-October 2 at the Cobb Galleria, the Renaissance Waverly Hotel, and Sheraton Suites in Atlanta, Georgia. The Mobile Suit Gundam franchise's official portal site Gundam.Info today announced that the upcoming fourth chapter of the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin anime series, titled "Unmei no Zenya (Fateful Eve)," will be screened at 15 selected theaters across Japan for a limited time of two weeks from November 19. Bandai Namco lined up a Japanese release date for SD Gundam G Generation Genesis, which will be losing one of its three planned platforms. While the PlayStation 3 version has been canceled, the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita versions will launch in Japan on November 22. Hit the jump for more.
