VIZ Media continues to revolutionize the digital manga (graphic novel) arena with its VIZ MANGA APP for the Apple iPad™ and the just-announced advance release of Volume 5 of Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro’s hit series TORIKO on Monday April 25th – before the print edition’s national release on May 3rd. The new volume (rated ‘T’ for Teens) is available for $4.99 (U.S. / CAN). The VIZ MANGA APP for the iPad is free through the iTunes Store and manga volumes are available for purchase and download in the U.S. and Canada from within the application.
VIZ Media has announced that its VIZ Manga App for the Apple iPad will begin offering digital volumes of Yu Watase's Fushigi Yugi: Genbu Kaiden on April 18th, and Arata: The Legend will launch for the iPad on April 25th.
