    Seven Arcs will be producing April samurai anime

    While the series doesn't seem to be on the radar of many English speaking anime fans, with an interesting director and cast, Joujuu Senjin!! Mushibugyo could be one of spring's exciting series.     Seven Arcs will be producing samurai series

    Shonen Sunday recently finished its roll out of big 2013 anime projects with the announcement that Hiroshi Fukuda's Joujuu Senjin!! Mushibugyo will be adaptated into a TV anime. Along with the first promo art, the manga magazine revealed that Dog Days' Seven Arcs will be producing the fantasy samurai action series. Get a look after the jump.

    Samurai series to be eighth "Shonen Sunday" 2013 anime announcement

    Late last week, signs, including a domain registration by Avex (Polar Bear Cafe), suggested that the eighth 2013 anime project announced by manga magazine Shonen Sunday would be an adaptation of Hiroshi Fukuda's fantastic samurai story Joujuu Senjin!! Mushibugyo. Now, an early peek at the magazine has revealed that a TV series is in fact in the works. More after the jump.

    Domain registration points to eighth "Shonen Sunday" 2013 anime announcement

    Last year's 50th issue of manga magazine Shonen Sunday promised a storm of 2013 anime projects. The next issue will be adding to a slate that already includes the likes of Silver Spoon, Detective Conan: Private Eye in the Distant Sea and this spring's new Hayate the Combat Bulter. Early signs suggest that the announcement may be Hiroshi Fukuda's fantastic samurai story Joujuu Senjin!! Mushibugyo. More after the jump.
