    Sentai Filmworks has announced its acquisition of Little Busters EX. Adapted from the visual novel Little Busters! Ecstasy, Sentai says that this eight-episode OVA series expands on one high school boy’s adventures into a world that isn’t always what it seems to be. More after the jump.

  • SENTAI FILMWORKS LICENSES “LITTLE BUSTERS! REFRAIN”

    Lightning strikes twice in Sentai Filmworks’ newest acquisition: Little Busters! Refrain.  Yoshiki Yamakawa (Maid Sama, Kill Me Baby) returns to direct this 26 follow up to the original series.  Also returning are Haruko Iizuka, character design and Michiru Shimada, series composition.

  • "Little Busters! EX" Anime Announced

    Anime will be based on adult "Ecstasy" version of Keu light novel

    News out of a "KSL Live World 2013 way to the Little Busters! ~Refrain~" event held in Koto, Tokyo on September 16, 2013 is that a Little Busters! EX anime is in the works. Little Busters! EX refers to the Ecstasy version of Key's light novel. Unlike Kanon and Air, in which adult content was removed for later ports, Lilbus added it for the 2008 Windows game. More after the jump.

  • "Little Busters!" Anime Prepares For October Return

    Kawaragi Shiho returns to the role of Mio Nishizono

    The LilBus anime site has been updated with news of the series' return in October's Little Busters! Refrain. The visual novels' Kawaragi Shiho is back in the role of Mio Nishizono, having missed the earlier season due to her pregnancy. Scenario contributor/composer Jun Maeda will be working on opening "Boys Be Smile," which will be performed by Suzuyu. Ending Kimi to no Nakushi Mono will be sung by Ayaka Kitazawa.
