Fate franchise fans attending Golden Week's Machi ☆ Asobi Vol. 18 event have a lot to check out, including the likes of the recently-revealed Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya movie promotion. As the name suggests, ufotable CINEMA is a movie theater owned by famous anime studio Ufotable (Fate/Zero, The Garden of Sinners). The company opened it in Higashishinmachi Shopping Arcade, Tokushima-city, in March 2012. It is now the only movie theater in the city. Check the photo report after the jump.

The Poppo shopping arcade near the JR Tokushima station was one of the main sites of the 11th Machi Asobi, the biggest anime/manga/game event on the island of Shikoku. The 11th Machi Asobi, the biggest anime/manga/game event on the island of Shikoku, was held in Tokushima-city between October 12 and 14. This weekend, Tokushima's Machi Asobi 11 event hosted the ceremony for the winners of Newtype's third annual anime awards. Prizes recognized the best in anime over the last year, as selected by the magazine's readers. Unsurprisingly, Attack on Titan cleaned up, but Majestic Prince did quite well too. This past weekend was the culmination of the 11th Machi Asobi anime/manga/game event. Held in ufotable's hometown of Tokushima-city, the anime studio always had a big presence. During their talk on 2014 projects, they acknowledged that they are working on a Fate/stay night project, but couldn't offer any details yet. Another popular event at the 10th Machi Asobi was "Oreimo Exhibition" at the top of Mount Bizan, a 290 meters high mountain in the middle of Tokushima-city. One of the featured and popular exhibitions in the 10th Machi Asobi was Enterbrain's "Amagami Museum" which was held in the Poppo shopping street near the JR Tokushima station.
