The long awaited, recently hinted at Shaft adaptation of Kizumonogatari MIGHT finally be on its way. The project site has posted a countdown to this Sunday. And, because fans automaticaly check the page source, there's a message from Tsubasa Hanekawa saying "Nope! Another anime announcement came out of Anime Weekend Atlanta today in the form of Aniplex USA’s OWARIMONOGATARI. This latest entry in the MONOGATARI series, based on the novels by NisiOisin is set to begin streaming exclusively on Crunchyroll on 10/3. Read on for full details!

In time for the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair plans for the MadoGatari Madoka Magica and the Monogatari crossover exhibit celebrating the 40th anniversary of Japanese animation studio Shaft, Inc. have been updated. The event will run at Tokyo's 3331 Arts Chiyoda November 27 to December 02, 2015, followed by stops at Osaka December 22-27, now confirmed for Herbis Hall, then Sapporo February 9-14th. The collaboration goods previews have also been updated.
The anime adaptations of Nisio Isin's modern supernatural mysteries continues this fall with Owarimonogatari, debuting October 3rd with preview screenings scheduled for the weekend of September 26th. Marina Inoue (Attack on Titan's Armin) joins the cast as Sodachi Oikura while Alisa Takigawa (Seven Deadly Sins) sings the ending "Sayonara no Yukue."
While there hasn't been much in the way of promotional work for Owarimonogatari, Japanese blogs are listing that the show will take Charlotte's midnight slot on Tokyo MX starting October 3rd, followed by TV Aichi, Television Saitama and MBS on the 6th. More after the jump.
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Japanese animation studio Shaft, Inc. is creating an art exhibition called "Madogatari" that combines two of their most popular anime properties: Puella Magi Madoka Magica and the Monogatari series. It's begun previewing the tie-in merchandise, starting with a "Shinobu Oshino & Kyubey" figFIX.
While Kodansha will be bringing Owarimonogatari kimono art to Comiket 88, Gift has their own, new Monogatari merchandise to take to this weekend's event. Get a look after the jump.
