The Nishi Nippon Shinbun newspaper in Japan recently inserted 4 pages of promotional editorial in collaboration with Ghost In The Shell ARISE in their June 28th issue. The special collaboration editorial was done due to the fact the capital of Japan is set in Fukuoka in 2027 in the ARISE series and has also resulted in a new collaboration website. Plus, watch the preview of BD vol. 3 which contains "border:3 Ghost Tears" that just opened in theaters in Japan!
The actor to play Eren Yeager for the live-action Attack On Titan was announced on April 2nd in Japan. Haruma Miura, who is known as Shota Kazehaya in the live-action Kimi No Todoke movie by anime fans will take on the main character of the mega-hit manga and anime. Miura also voiced Yama in last year's Space Pirate Captain Harlock movie. More after the jump!
UPDATE: With further investigation, it is confirmed that the main actor to star in the film is Haruma Miura, but it is not determined that he will play Eren, nor has it been confirmed that Eren will be in the movie for that matter. Fan speculation still surrounds the original storyline.
Who is excited about the second installment of the Rurouni Kenshin movie? The official Twitter account for the live-action adaptation of Rurouni Kenshin has just posted the new official promotional poster for the upcoming sequel which will premiere on August 1st in Japan.
