Harajuku diva, and the face behind the now-immortal PONPONPON music video, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has just been announced as a musical performer at the V-ROCK FESTIVAL ’11. She joins a galaxy of stars that includes YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz, MUCC, and DEAD END. Although the concert will be held in Japan on 10/23, overseas fans will be able to watch as well.
