This weekend, a new trailer for The Last: Naruto the Movie running in Japanese theaters offers the latest look at the anime movie with story and designs by series creator Masashi Kishimoto. Sukima Switch provides the theme while Singer/voice actress Jun Fukuyama voices Toneri Otsutsuki, a ninja from the same bloodline as the Sage of Six Paths (Hagoromo) and Kaguya looking to crash the moon into earth.
While a new trailer for The Last: Naruto the Movie runs in Japanese theaters this weekend, a second TV ad with more footage and a bit of Sukima Switch's theme has run on Japanese TV. Next week's chapter 698 of the manga announces plans that have the series is concluding with a 44 page chapter 699/700 on November 10th, the latter part of which will be full color. Following the manga's finale, Masashi Kishimoto is back working on the scenario and character designs for The Last: Naruto the Movie, opening December 6th, and next week's Jump also reveals its antagonist.
