  • English "Shonen Jump" Plans "Nisekoi" Crossover With "Haikyu!!" Along With Author's New One Shot

    Both to be featured in next week's digital manga magazine

    After the conclusion of Nisekoi, the October 20th issue four of Giga Jump featured author Naoshi Komi's 50-page one-short "Toki Doki." This week, Viz announced plans to run this in their English languaged edition of Shonen Jump next week, along with the 2013 Haikyu!! x Nisekoi crossover.

  • "Nisekoi" Family Grows In Bonus Collection

    Bonus material collection in Jump Giga's Volume 0

    Issue 4 of Shonen Jump Giga features "Toki Doki," a 50-page one shot from Nisekoi author Naoshi Komi, and "Replay Bowl," a one shot by Taishi Tsutsui and  "Nisekoi Volume 0," a collection of scripts, production art, bonus illustrations and the like. An early look has shown that along with the promo art, Vol. 0 will collect omake bonus content, amusing fans with gags like Seishiro END and Marika END.

    Issue features new One shot by "Nisekoi" author

    Previously announced, issue 4 of Shonen Jump Giga, the revamped version of what was Jump NEXT (and before that Akamaru Jump), features "Toki Doki," a 50-page one shot from Nisekoi author Naoshi Komi, and "Replay Bowl," a one short by Taishi Tsutsui, author of the similarly concluded Magical Pâtissière Kosaki-chan. There's now what's being called "Nisekoi Volume 0," a collection of scripts, production art, bonus illustrations and the like. More after the jump.

    Busy October shaping up for "Jump" family of manga magazines

    An early look at next week's issue 44 has revealed that turnover has returned to Shonen Jump. Kentarou Itani's ecchi supernatural series, sampled in the English version under the title Takuan and Batsu's Daily Demon Diary, wraps up in that issue. Then, the manga magazine will be introducing Ibitsu no Amalgam by Ishiyama Ryou (Mitsukubi Condor) in issue 45 and Spring Weapon Number One by Hasegawa Tomohiro (Koi no Cupid Yakenohara Jin) in issue 46.

    50-page one-shot coming October 20th

    Shonen Jump Giga, the revamped version of what was Jump NEXT (and before that Akamaru Jump), collecting spin-off and special works by the mainstay Jump creators, along with stories by fresh creators, will be releasing its third issue on September 20th. After last issue's prologue this will feature the launch of BETTEN Court, an author of mostly seinen, older-audience work and Hideyuki Furuhashi spin-off Vigilante - My Hero Academia Illegals.

  • "Nisekoi" Spin-Off Manga "Magical Pâtissière Kosaki-chan" Ending

    Volume 3 of the 2014 series by Taishi Tsutsui with Naoshi Komi was released on June 3rd and the fourth is scheduled for October 4th

    Lots of clothes exploded off the ladies of Nisekoi as the magic girl parody spin-off Magical Pâtissière Kosaki-chan hit its climax in latest bi-weekly chapter 41. The chapter, and its digital platform, Jump+, announced that the bittersweet final chapter will debut online September 22nd. More after the jump.

  • Marika Tachibana Dresses To The Nines For New "Nisekoi" Figure

    1/7 scale figure scheduled for March 2017

    Nisekoi's Marika Tachibana is looking lively in a new 1/7 scale figure from Revolve, makers of a Seishiro Tsugumi released last fall. As with the earlier one, Nobuta sculpts the figure, painted by Nana Moriyama. She stands 23cm and sells for 12,744yen ahead of March 2017 release. Get a look after the jump.
