Mecha versus kaiju movie Pacific Rim has taken $305.8 million from international markets, in addition to a $101.4 million North American taken for total of $407.2 million. Now, that puts its 10th in the 2013 global box office behind Iron Man 3, Despicable Me 2, Fast & Furious 6 and even the likes of The Croods and Oz The Great and Powerful. Katsuya Terada, character designer on Blood: The Last Vampire and manga artist of the full color Monkey King, seems to be doing a lot of murals lately. In May, he did one for the Kyoto International Manga Museum. This past weekend, he did one at J-POP Summit is in San Francisco.
