It seems Capcom had to clear up some mild confusion about the upcoming Resident Evil 2 remake following a statement from its investor report. An English version, which appears to have been updated since, previously had the report calling it a "remaster," but Capcom confirmed that the new Resident Evil 2 is actually a "full from the ground up remake."
