According to this week's oricon weekly book ranking, volume 62 of the manga One Piece sold approximately another 1,789,000 copies, bringing it to a total of about 2,368,000 copies over 2 weeks. It is the 13th consecutive volume in the series to sell over 2 million copies.

Each 1300 yen ticket came with one of five original clear files
According to an article printed in Nikkan Sports, there were only 40000 tickets available in the first round of the K-on! movie advance sale tickets which were sold through in three days. For comparison: Each volume of the K-on!! blu-rays sells approximately 30000 copies.

One Piece Volume 62 Gets First Printing of 3.8 Million Books
Total in print now 230 million copies.
Shueisha has revealed that One Piece volume 62, which went on sale on Monday in Japan, has received a first printing of 3.8 million books, identical to that of volume 61 and ending the streak of successive record printings.

Madoka Magica Vol 1 Sells 53000 Blu-rays in First Week, Sets First Week Record
Beats Bakemonogatari's record of 51000
According to the oricon weekly ranking, Madoka Magica volume 1 has taken the top spot for the week with 53000 Blu-ray units moved. This beats the record for best first week blu-ray sales for a TV anime series which was previously held by Bakemonogatari volume 6 with 51000.
