You might member that over the summer, the cover of manga magazine Young King Ours encoded a message concerning Masakazu Ishiguro's 2005 comedy Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru with a beach scene featuring a towel on Sherlock wanna-be, part-time terrible maid cafe waitress and full-time fool Hotori Arashiyama hiding the message "four episodes left until the end." That bittersweet day arrived in the new, December issue of the monthly. And, tonight, it is online at Crunchyroll.
JManga has a diverse range of additions for this week's Thursday update. There's the premiere of The World of Buddha, then, there's new volumes of unconventional maid cafe series Soredemo, sexy shoujo mysteries Adekan and Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize winner Fumiyo Kouno's To All The Corners Of The World. Details after the jump.
For its second update this week, legal digital manga portal JManga adds the fourth volume of idiosyncratic comedy Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru (the anime of which was released by Section23 as And Yet the Town Moves) and five new Harlequin Romances. Details after the jump!
Sentai Filmworks has announced the license of And Yet The Town Moves, also known as Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru. Based on the hit manga by Masakaza Ishiguro, the story of trouble-prone Maid/Waitress Hotori is familiar ground for director Akiyuki Shinbo, whose previous body of work includes handling the Hidamari Sketch, Negima and Mariaholic franchises. More after the jump.
