Star Blazers returns to US TV!
Syfy channel set to air classic Quest for Iscandar April 21
When Star Blazers played on syndicated US TV from 1979 to 1984, the airwaves were filled with moldly old cartoons and crappy kids shows. Suddenly, Star Blazers upped the ante with continuing storylines, complex characters, and super cool SF mecha action. Iif you haven’t yet met the likes of Captain Avatar, Leader Desslok, and Derek Wildstar, now’s your chance to get acquainted. The Syfy Channel will be airing two episodes of Star Blazers: The Quest for Iscandar every Thursday night, beginning tonight, April 21.
