Aniplex has announced the kick-off of an official karaoke contest for “crossing field -English ver.-,” which is the English version of Sword Art Online’s iconic opening theme song sung by LiSA. The contest will be held on their official Facebook page from March 1 – April 12. More after the jump.
Sword Art Online II volume 6 hits Japan March 25th with episodes 15-17 for 7,800yen on limited edition Blu-ray, 6,800yen on limited edition DVD and 5,800yen on standard edition DVD. The limited edition features "Caliber" arc jacket art by anime character designer Shingo Adachi and "Caliber/Mother's Rosario" storage box art by light novel illustrator/original character designer abec. Aichi-based glasses/contact lens company Nihon Optical today started offering five types of collaboration PC glasses with popular anime series Sword Art Online at the price of 4,980 yen (about 42 US dollars) on its official online store Heart Up. Check the details of the SAO models after the jump!
