The legendary assassin Duke Togo is no stranger to live-action films, in Japan at least. But now Samuel Hadida's Davis Film has picked up the Golgo 13 film rights from LEED Publishing Co. Ltd., with plans to bring mangaka Takao Saito's legend to life. More after the jump.
