All-female musical theater troupe Takarazuka Revue, established in 1913 finally came Stateside this month with a performance of Bob Fosse crime musical Chicago as part of the Lincoln Center Festival. The show is headed back to Japan with stops in Tokyo and Osaka this August. To promote ticket sales for those Pia has posted some clips of the show's best known number and its American curtain call.

As such, the news that they'll be adapting Nobuhiro Watsuki's hit samurai manga Rurouni Kenshin, isn't entirely surprising, especially since the lead was voiced in anime by Revue veteran Mayo Suzukaze.
Capcom has announced that the all female perfomance group Takarazuka Revue will present a stage production of Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney 3 in January 2013. As with prior shows, the Cosmos Troupe will perform the production with Kei Suzuki doing the script and staging. Hiro Yumi reprises the Edgeworth role. More after the jump.
