Get ready for another mix of original characters and Tales of series veterans in Bandai Namco's upcoming Tales of the Rays smartphone RPG. The free-to-download (optional in-app purchases will be available) game is coming to iOS and Android in Japan this year, and Attack on Titan's Wit Studio provided some slick opening animation for the mobile outing.
It isn't often that a game trailer debuts that specifically warns about big spoilers in the video title, but that's the case with Bandai Namco's latest English Tales of Berseria preview. Not only does it contain a story-related spoiler, but the scene in question also happens to contain a significant alteration from the original Japanese version.

Japanese retailers today start accepting pre-orders for Kotobukiya's 1/8 scale character figure of Velvet Crowe, the protagonist of Bandai Namco Entertainment's RPG Tales of Berseria, for a March 2017 release. Bandai Namco shared another DLC trailer for Tales of Berseria, this time covering DLC Catalog No. 03. The majority of this collection is based on previous Tales games, from suit and head accessories that make everyone look like Mieu from Tales of the Abyss to outfits from Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Phantasia, and more.
