Ubisoft Montreal's open-world action game Watch Dogs is set to arrive in North America and Europe on November 19 and 22, respectively, and a new walkthrough video sets up some of the hacking to come. Check out the over 14-minute clip after the jump.

In a sea of familiar names and unasked for features, Ubisoft's near future open world action game Watch Dogs is getting buzz as one of the stand-out surprises of this year's E3. Set in a fictionalized version of Chicago, the game will give players all sorts of techie toys with which they can take control of the city. Hence the tag line "Everything is connected.
