North American publisher Yen Press had a trio of new manga licenses - Gun Rose Days Season One, an alternate history about a Japan split between American and Chinese influence by Higurashi's Ryukishi 07, Final Fantasy Type-0 Side Story: The Reaper Of The Icy Blade and Horimiya, about the relationship between an attention grabbing but conventional girl and a more anonymous boy who is secretly pierced and tattooed.

Yen Press has announced that the Hachette Book imprint and Square Enix will be rolling out their library of manga to digital book formats including Kindle, Google Play, iBooks, Kobo and Nook starting in April.
