    It is officially announced that a diet training-themed new TV anime series Ani Tore! EX (Anime de Training) is set for a premiere on October 12, this year's Health and Sports Day. The number one single of the 33rd week was "Kakushin-teki Metamarufooze!," the OP song for the ongoing TV anime Himouto! Umaru-chan, performed by Aimi Tanaka.   • Yuzu Member Yuzin Kitagawa Provides Theme Song for "One Piece" Kabuki

    Play will be performed 78 times at Shinbashi Enbujo in Tokyo

    Yujin Kitagawa, a 38-year-old-member of two-member Japanese folk duo Yuzu, will provide the theme song for the upcoming kabuki adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's internationally popular manga One Piece starring Ennosuke Ichikawa IV as Monkey D.   • "Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai" Shoujo Manga Gets Live-Action Film Adaptation in February 2016

    Directed by Sho Tsukikawa (Rumi-chan no Jisho)

    It is confirmed that a live-action film adaptation of Makino's shoujo manga series Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai (I'll be hanged if I obey Kurosaki-kun) is set for a release in Japan on February 27, 2016.     1st mini album "First Sweet Wave" hits stores October 7

    As reported, 26-year-old voice actress Aina Kusuda, best known as Nozomi Tojo in the Love Live! School Idol Project franchise, will release her first mini album as a solo singer, "First Sweet Wave," from VAP on October 7. The record company has posted a short version MV for its title track on its official YouTube channel.

    Chara Hobby C3xHobby is one of the largest Japanese anime/game character goods events, hosted by Hobby Japan, Ascii Media Works and Sotsu.     Boruto -Naruto The Movie- still ranked fifth in the latest weekend box office of August 22-23. The 11th Naruto film has earned 2,022,922,500 yen on 1,564,785 ticket sales in 19 days since its release in Japan on August 7, becoming the top-grossing film in the anime franchise.
