Former AKB 48 member Tomomi Itano joins the dazzling array of musical guests to perform at the JPOP Summit Festival in San Francisco on the 19th & 20th of this month. Tomomi recently released her first full-length solo album, SxWxAxG on July 2nd and this will be her first post-AKB US appearance and performance. The Nishi Nippon Shinbun newspaper in Japan recently inserted 4 pages of promotional editorial in collaboration with Ghost In The Shell ARISE in their June 28th issue. The special collaboration editorial was done due to the fact the capital of Japan is set in Fukuoka in 2027 in the ARISE series and has also resulted in a new collaboration website. Japanese geek fashion portal 2PMWorks has opened pre-orders for 3 new shoes that are inspired by the Kurotshitsuji series main characters in Sebastian, Ciel and Grell Sutcliff. The shoes are designed by the Chachoke brand who previously brought out the Puella Magi Madoka Magica inspired shoes with 2PMWorks.
