Wow, Were you guys paying attention or what? Dogkeeper is a Girl who talks and acts like a boy so everyone thinks she is one. Sion realized she is a girl when he touched her shoulders (He's super smart and well read on human anatomy)

so inukashi is a girl trying to fool the people around her that she's a boy. makes sence, most of the girls there are wh*res, may she's afraid if people know she a girl she'll end up being forced to sell herself. but that's just a guess.
