It was very addicting to watch!
No Dropping Out -Back to School at 35-

I was browsing Crunchyroll's drama section when I came across No Dropping Out -Back to School at 35-. A 35 year old women named Baba Ayako returns to highschool. I found this interesting, as I have never seen a plot like this before. I thought this would be mediocre. However, I was dead wrong this was excellent. This drama deals with the nasty ...

    A GTO-esque experience
No Dropping out - Back to School at 35-, or 35-sai no Koukousei as it's known elsewhere gives you the premise of the show straight away: Schools are going to hell, here's a 35-year-old woman who goes back to high school for some reason.

Right there, it rings very familiar to anyone who's seen Great Teacher Onizuka, also known as GTO. The premise is basically the same, except that our main ...

    Very sweet and thoughtful show
A few things to know about the show:

    1. This is not a comedy. But that's fine! I expected a comedy when I saw the title, but holy, what a touching series! The show examines many aspects of high school friendship and bullying, but is ultimately about forming connections with people who are different from you.

    2. Great pacing. Even as you slowly learn more about the class dynamics, and about ...

    One of my favorite dramas~
At first I really wasn't expecting much from this drama because I thought it was going to be really cliche or something. But I was really proven wrong through the whole drama :')
This is the kind of drama where it makes you laugh till you fall out of your chair, and then make you cry right afterwards. Sometimes it even makes you wanna punch someone through the screen. Sometimes it can be ...

Hoping for a season 2 on this one
This was much better than I expected. With so many high school dramas, there is a lot of "bleh" dramas, but this one stood out for me. Not so much for the high school parts, but for the personal back story of our heroine, who was able to get her life back together by going back.

One of the best dramas I've seen from Japan
I randomly put this on my queue one day, and promptly forgot about it. I went back to watching it, and I was blown away by it. They go all out here - self harm, divorce, bullying, etc. - something I was not expecting from a drama from Japan. I cried so much during this drama, and watching the friendships grow and the struggles people face in real life. I completely recommend, and I'm so happy I ...

Once you start, you can't stop.
It was the most interesting drama I have ever watched. Baba is one heck of a character, solving problems of your peers and carrying a problem of her own at the same time, LADY HOW DO YOU DO IT?! I know its not real but when I was watching it, I was so into it that I thought I was actually in it.

    Something about this.
    I absolutely love this show.
I wasn't expecting much, but after watching the first episode I was blown away.
This show was definitely not what I had initially expected and I really enjoyed it.

NEW vs OLD: The new school age
I really enjoyed the series. The problems they bring up can be solved so easily but nowadays you "just can't do that". Baba is the only person with a reasonable mind. I know if those problems were to be solved like that in American schools, you'd just get punched no doubt lol

    Nice Story and Good Quality
If I could rate each aspect, I'd rate like this:
    - Story: 9
    - Acting: 7
    - Sound: 8
    - Visuals: 9

Definitely deserves 4 stars because this story is very interesting and more realistic than what it seems, though sometimes the acting lacks something and it feels kinda fake, but depends on the actor/actress mostly. The sound track is good and imo it fits very well in ...
