  • Amazing Show. Needs Much Support and Attention
So much potential. There needs to be another season. It is unlikely, but it can still use as much support as possible. The 13 episodes show you how good it can be. It sets you up for a whole unexplored world but sadly, has not been produced any further. Still worth the watch even if it never gets anymore content.

  • Exactly What You Expect Executed Consistently Well
Basically target demographic pandering with harem+fanservice, but manages to stay interesting throughout the entire series. It only wavers in quality around episode 10 due to over-extending an arc but still stays fresh. Very vibrant art style with a healthy ratio of comedy to plot.

  • My favorite anime ever
    Review:
This animes story isn't very extensive I think pretty straight forward "I wanna fight God" sums it up and the protagonists have the strongest plot armor but if you like games (video, board, psychological - games) this is just so fun to watch and try and to figure it out before they explain it or just enjoy the "artistic" style of the animation (I hated it at first but grew to appreciate ...

  • No Game No Life Snappy Review
Just want to highlight some of the aspects I liked and disliked about this series in only a few short sentences. Let's go!

Story: Interesting but a little predictable, but the comedy and action makes up for that.

Animation: Some scenes are a bit too blended in with each other, but it's an otherwise well animated show. I personally like that there are very few "panning slide shows" that ...

  • trials and tribulations of the modern otaku part four
I was torn at first about this anime. The were two ways of looking at it. Either these twelve episodes are all there is and we aint gonna get anymore. Or hold out hope that it follows AoT & DMW in the new fall season. That's why I chose the former and settled on a four. It's good but not great. It's pretty cool because you see the Shiro and Sora use their wits to defeat their enemies as opposed to ...

  • Season Two Please :)
Not my typical genre of anime, but it was interesting. An anime about two super duper close siblings who are only good at video games, get sucked into a world, where all conflicts are ruled by games. Probably the first anime where I ship siblings, haha. But who wouldn't love such an adorable lolli with a big brother complex?

Anyways, the series has a lot of fanservice, but it actually fits in ...

  • Warm, funny and great story-line!
We are the weak! Hopefully season two is in the works because I would love to see what happens next! Sora and Shiro make a an amazing team as [ ] . There is a good amount of comedy and the way the games play out really makes you want more of the duo.

  • This is a must watch Anime
This anime has a plot so dead you will be begging for a second season. Along with that it fallows the lines a colorful animation, the artwork easily out passes Animes such as Stride and Free. The development with the characters and their relationships with each other is also outstanding. In all it is the best Game anime I have watched and is a 10/10 must watch!

  • One of the best I've seen in a while
NGNL is one of the best new anime's I've seen in a long time. A brother\sister gaming team who are *ahem* incredibly close are brought to another world by a playful God obsessed with games. Once there, they discover that all disputes are handled by playing games, from chess to VR. They agree to not only conquer this world of games, but also become it's new Gods by defeating the one who ...

  • Fun, Intrigue, Panties
I really enjoyed this one! Each episode is a bit of a puzzle, and it's a great deal of fun to try determining how the protagonists will manage them.

And, though it could stand by on fan-service and the puzzle-drama alone, it manages to ask pertinent philosophical questions, as well! How can humanity use our own weakness as a strength? How can we embrace hope when the world seems stacked against ...
