i liked the ending but i have a question, did she end up raising fumiaki as her son or did she grow with him the rest of the way and marry him/become girlfriend with him?

If you try to find any semblance of a coherent cause and effect that makes sense in this anime you'll be very disappointed at every turn. If you suspend it needing to make sense, you might enjoy.

It was a crazy ending for a unique story. Indeed, this is pretty sad but still, I could not think of a better way to end this anime. Quality of animation was really nice too. Really liked how they used bases of ''real' science at the end.

this is one epic show. I couldn't think of a better ending. That was sad, but i loved the ending. Happily ever after, and i'm glad bunmei found his powers again finally.

I really enjoyed this series. Last few episodes got pretty wacky, but it's suppose to be quirky. Its all a big spoof, and poking fun. Keep that in mind, and it works.

loved this anime. - the only real filler I saw was the snow girl arc, but everything else eventually tied in to the witch. Also, I loved the ending - you don't have to use your imagination that much to see how everything turns out.

Overall first ep: good, then 9 eps of fillers.. then 3 rushed episodes to conclude the serie... verdict: 20/100.

so, if you jump back in time and meet yourself, a huge yellow square will appear in the sky and huge half life 2 stalkers will appear and you can only defeat them with a spoon :D Still a pretty awesome anime!

I liked this show. Opening was cool and had a pretty good story. Occult mixed with love ain't bad. Ending is one of those loose end deals but hey what anime doesn't do that nowadays lol. Hope others enjoy as well

Interesting ending. I really liked the animation in this one, Bunmei pissed me off most of the time but I'm glad his balls finally dropped. Maya was a fun character to watch. The story was pleasant even if it was all over the place.

not a bad anime, def did a 360 at ep 10 - 13. Was like wtf, black n white witches, demon cats, n then in the the end he somehow manages to use a spoon to reflect crazy ass alien technology but not only send 1 back but all the motherload

The quality animation is what kept me. The story was all over the place which was its charm. Plus I thought it was fun. I'll visit this again sometime

It would have been nice to see how the other characters turn out in the future and seeing maya and #6. Aside from that it ended ok. Ill never look at a spoon the same again...lol

I Like this show but felt they rushed the ending ep 11 its like bam dark/white mages wtf! As for the final conclusion its somewhat satisfying future bumei died but present bumei ended up marrying Maya(The house nameplate has his last name)

hmm mixed feelings about this anime. I liked everything up to episode 10... 11 and 12 were almost painful to watch lol i think this set of characters woulda been good in a slice of life rather than a "save the world" kinda anime
